The sale and supply of our goods:
 
All UK customers should choose the 'post' method of shipping.
The items supplied have been manufactured or directly supplied by our long-standing and trusted suppliers and trading partners but delays in supplies of cloth or trimmings may result in some lines being delayed. Some of our manufacturers are also in USA, Germany and India, which also may result in delays on, made to measure and special commissions. In extremely rare cases the item may be undeliverable and therefore a full refund given.
We will make every attempt to supply the ordered colour and size as quickly as possible and do our very best to get most orders out in 7 to 14 working days.
 
All goods are new and will be sent out within 28 days. Imports may take longer but any further delays will be advised.
 
*WHERE IN THE RARE EVENT AN ITEM IS OUT OF STOCK AND UNAVOIDABLY UNAVAILABLE UNTIL AFTER THE MAXIMUM 28 DAY PERIOD WE WILL INFORM YOU IMMEDIATELY AND EITHER NOT PROCESS YOUR PAYMENT IF YOU HAVE CHOSEN TO PAY WITH YOUR CREDIT CARD VIA SEC PAY OR WE WILL REFUND YOU IN FULL IF YOU HAVE PAID VIA PAYPAL. PURCHASES MADE VIA CHEQUE OR POSTAL ORDER WILL ALSO BE FULLY REFUNDABLE IN THESE CIRCUMSTANCES.
 
PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL QUOTED POSTAGE FEES ON THIS SITE ARE FOR THE COMPLETE ORDER AND NOT PER ITEM-ALL ORDERS ARE SENT INSURED AND TRACKED THROUGH EITHER ROYAL MAIL, UPS or PARCELFORCE.COM AND ALL CUSTOMERS ARE ISSUED WITH A TRACKING NUMBER ONCE THEIR ORDER IS DISPATCHED~THANK YOU.
 
Customers outside of the UK will be responsible for any duties or taxes in their country, which are imposed by the laws of their land.
 
 RETURNS POLICY     
 
 
You must have prior written authorisation from us if you wish to return goods please as any goods returned without our return code marked on the envelope may be rejected at point of delivery and returned to the customer without being delivered to us and will then require a code before being re-sent
 
Goods purchased from us must not be copied.
 
Where the goods have a clear manufacturing defect/fault you should inform us by email initially and then in writing addressed to the address below as we cannot accept email communication on its own due to the possibility of Internet email id theft:

PLEASE SEND THE FAULTY/INCORRECT NOTICE TO US VIA SIGNED FOR POST TO CONFIRM DELIVERY. WE MAY NOT BE ABLE TO ACCEPT CANCELLATION WHERE YOU SAY YOU HAVE POSTED BUT DO NOT HAVE PROOF TO CONFIRM WHICH IS WHY WE NEED YOU TO SEND IT SIGNED FOR TO AVOID ANY POTENTIAL DISPUTE-THANK YOU
 
 
 
Please ensure that you do this within 7 working days of receipt us by email initially and then in writing addressed to the address below as we cannot accept email communication on its own due to the possibility of Internet email id theft (21 days for customers outside of the UK). We will issue you with a return code and you will then be required to post the goods back to us (please note that if you comply with all terms & conditions as set out by us and UK distance selling regulations your original postage will be refunded in full but your return postage is not as per UK distance selling regulations) via Royal Mail Signed For Delivery to us within the above stated period. If upon inspection a manufacturing fault/defect is acknowledged you will be refunded within 30 days - via your original payment method -the cost of the item you purchased.
 
Please note that ALL goods MUST be unopened/unworn complete with original tags/labels originally attached.
 
Where you (the customer) have selected a colour/size and then decide against your original choice, these goods purchased from us can be returned for refund, exchange or credit unopened/unworn complete with original tags/labels as originally attached informing us in writing addressed to:

PLEASE SEND THE CANCELLATION VIA SIGNED FOR POST TO CONFIRM DELIVERY. WE MAY NOT BE ABLE TO ACCEPT CANCELLATION WHERE YOU SAY YOU HAVE POSTED BUT DO NOT HAVE PROOF TO CONFIRM WHICH IS WHY WE NEED YOU TO SEND IT SIGNED FOR TO AVOID ANY POTENTIAL DISPUTE-THANK YOU

*Returns must reach us in the same state that they left the factory.
If the merchandise is faulty by manufacture (we have the right to examine broken seems and reject this as a fault where we think this may have happened after delivery) or incorrectly supplied not as originally detailed by the customer (but not in the case of originals where they are sold as similar to photo or as assorted colours or where the customer height determines the worn length of the item where it is a long skirt or Dress for example) and confirmed by the point of sale email we will refund you within 30days. Please note that in all circumstances, fully compliant with UK Distance Selling Law, the customer is responsible for return costs and proof of return where the goods have not been collected. Where goods are collected by us for what ever reason (eg larger furniture items etc) as the suppliers the customer is responsible for our incurred direct costs in facilitating that collection..
 
All items MUST have ALL original labels still originally attached, especially in the case of clothes and soft furnishings as proof of non use (We would hope that all of our loyal customers can understand this as there are consumers that will order multiples in different sizes or indeed just order an item to wear for a specific event with the intention of returning it for a refund after use:)...Yes there are some very naughty customers as well as on-line traders out there:)!!
 
ALL REFUNDS WILL BE PAID ON OR BEFORE 30 DAYS FROM END OF CONTRACT

 WE ARE ALSO VERY PLEASED TO INFORM ALL OF OUR US. CUSTOMERS THAT ALL ORDERS UP TO 2KG(4.4 UK ILBS) IN WEIGHT (MOST CLOTHES, ORNAMENTS ETC) CAN NOW BE SENT BY ROYAL MAIL~AIRSURE EXPRESS TRACKED (NON UK) FULLY TRACKED AND INSURED AT ONLY £16.98 (APPROX $26)
