No, you can order as little or as much as you want.

Do you charge for postage?

All our postage rates quoted are for you complete order and not per item as with many On-line Stores. We offer a FREE delivery service for all UK mail order customers spending over £200 and for orders of less than 2KG in weight and over $400 in value to the USA. All UK standard postage is fully tracked and insured via Parcelforce at the new reduced rate of £4.95 for any size of order(Northern Ireland and Scottish Highland are charged at £14.95 per order). Our Courier Service is Exclusively Parcelforce "Signed For" for all orders placed on this website for UK delivery and also for Rest of the World deliveries over 2kg's. A Royal Mail Airsure Express is available for Rest of the World deliveries up to 2kg's.

We can offer a standard mail service to all Countries outside the UK for Clothes and also other items up to 400Grams(7oz) in weight) for a flat fee of £14.50 or £2.95 inside the UK Sterling sent at purchasers liability by standard mail services and can take over our specified delivery times(Please Just place your order as usual, select free postage option UK over £200, email us explaining this is the option you prefer and we will bill you separately for this service).

We recommend however that you increase your order values to proportionally lower the postage charges as with Parcelforce you can track your order on-line, and it will arrive on time and in good shape. .Please note that all charges we make are at below cost to us and we do not profit at all from them.

Furniture Delivery

Standard Service- Furniture will be delivered on a pallet to your door.  Deliveries will be made Monday to Friday, within normal office hours.  Please ensure you will be in when your pallet is due to be delivered as there may be an additional charge for re-delivery.  The standard service is delivered in an extra large truck, and the driver is not able to leave it out of sight, so please make sure you are confident there is enough room in your street for him to get to your house.  

Please check items for damages before the driver leaves, as it is not possible to claim for damages that have occurred in transit, if they are not pointed out to the driver.  Unfortunately the driver can not remove the pallet or wrapping and you will need someone to help you into your house with the item. 

Delivery-Xtra- For an extra fee, we can arrange to get you a two man delivery service.  They will deliver the items into a room and position of your choosing, unwrap and wait while you check the items are in good condition.  They will also take away the packaging.  You can request a morning or afternoon delivery, deliveries can be made on a Saturday, and a phone call when they’re about 1 hour away from your address can be requested.  Please allow up to 21 days for delivery on this service. 

For all furniture orders, please supply a daytime contact phone number as we need to speak to you to arrange delivery.

Delivery-Xtra is only available on deliveries to UK Mainland addresses or to the Isle of Wight.  For all other destinations we will contact you with a quotation for delivery.  We ship worldwide, so please feel free to place orders wherever you are, and we will give you a call with a quotation for delivery.  

Returns - Unwanted items may be returned in their original packaging, in perfect saleable condition, for a full refund. We regret that postage costs cannot be refunded unless goods are being returned due to an error on our part. This applies to both outbound and return postage.  Goods must be returned within 7 days of receipt of the order."

How long will my order take?

We will endeavour to send out your order as quickly as possible. Orders are usually dispatched within 7 working days and you should receive your order within 14 working days(Mon-Fri). If there are any problems with your order, we will do our best to rectify the situation as soon as possible.

How do I order on-line?

It is virtually impossible to place an order by mistake, as you have the option just to quit the shopping process at any point up to the actual payment. All items and costs will be clearly displayed in the checkout area prior to any apyment taking place.You have the opportunity at every point of this process to add, subtract or delete any items from your shopping basket or indeed just leave the shop~exactly the same as a supermarket except a virtual shopping basket! 

All your on-line shopping baskets can be easily added to, edited or deleted so experiment and play around with the system until you are familiar and happy with it.

Once you have decided to order an item click  This item is added to a list file that resides on your computer, known as a 'cookie'.Whenever you click  this file is displayed and can be edited This can be done by clicking either  to add 1 to the number ordered or  to subtract 1 from the number ordered. If the total is reduced to 0 then that item is deleted from the order.

Clicking  clears all orders for a fresh start~When you are happy that the list shows what you wish to order click

How secure are my credit/debit card details when using the Folio-Gothichippy website?

 Folio have acquired the services of Sec Pay On-Line Payment Solutions in association with The Nat West Bank Plc to ensure state of the art secure credit/debit card payments. You can also pay through the world leader"Paypal"..part of the eBay group of companies or by cheque, postal order or by credit card over the phone if you prefer. We accept ALL major credit and Debit Cards.
Therfore security is effectively controlled and modified to the Banks & Card companies requirements while Folio neither collects nor stores any of the cardholders card details in full accordance with UK and European Law.

What does our Clothes Sizing mean?

Individual size guides appear in every clothes category because we use different manufacturers from all parts of the world whom size slightly differently. Where the sizes  differ from the main size charts they are also are defined within the product description. Please note that we do not accept returns where the customer has ordered multiple sizes to try with the intention of just keeping one size and returning the others, so please use the size charts available throughout the site~thank you.  We will not refund in this instance, but will be able to issue a credit note, where postage and a handling charge of £5 per order is applicable in this situation against any credit note issued provided the goods are returned within a 7 day period for UK customers or a 21 day period for overseas customers.
